Our Yonge and Lawrence residential project is nestled between two affluent neighbourhoods, Lawrence Park, and Bedford Park. This 0.47-acre site is situated on top of Lawrence Subway Station on the Yonge-University Line and is a 20-minute commute to downtown Toronto. Future residents will be near prestigious schools, the York University’s Glendon College Campus and have access to a plethora of conveniences including public transit, banks, shops, and restaurant options along Yonge Street.
We continue to work with the area councillors and city staff to obtain approvals to construct this project. The realization of our vision would improve the streetscape of the area and introduce much needed density on a prominent transit node. Once complete, the development will feature 109 residential units and retail space at grade.
