MONTCREST WINS RETAIL LEASE OF THE YEAR (2022)

Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.), along with Altea Active and BentallGreenOak, won the Retail Lease of the Year Award at NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter’s 20th Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards. Our 89,000 square foot, state-of-the-art social wellness club, Altea Active Toronto, is housed in Novus at Garrison Point by BentallGreenOak. This expansive development brings a one-of-a-kind urban playground to the Liberty Village neighbourhood in Toronto and offers comprehensive and appealing amenities for the urban demographic, including adults, kids, and families.
