Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.) of Toronto has sold their Henderson Residential project in Brampton, ON. Purchase price and buyer have not been disclosed.
The 374,000 square foot residential development includes 152 back-to-back stacked townhomes and 250 apartment units. Located near downtown Brampton, this property has easy transportation access to Highway 410 and Queen St E with public transit available on McMurchy Ave S and the Brampton GO Station less than a one-minute walk north. Nearby amenities include the Brampton Memorial Arena and Park, Flower City Community Campus, and Chris Gibson Recreation Centre, all within a 15-minute walk.
